About Carl Damm
I have over 20 years of experience facilitating meaningful, authentic processes and rituals that move people and am good at creating a space where people can share what is on their hearts with each other. It can help strengthen your relationships and nourish your community in practice. I do this based on over 200 facilitated workshops and deep knowledge of community building, transformative processes, systemic change and working with inner peace. I am trained in process management, living systems, indigenous wisdom and system-centered group dynamics and have worked with everything from the mentally vulnerable to former candidates for the vice presidency of the United States.
